So I was considering DIY since I'm sick of forking out huge dollars for juice. I noticed when considering purchasing a clone juice mix that it doesn't list the amount it makes. I'm looking to make 100mL at a time and was wondering how do I work out the appropriate concentrate percentages?
On your clone example it shows the concentrate percentages. I think what you wish to know is the amount of concentrate to mix to make a 100ml batch.
The easiest way is to use an e-juice calculator. I suggest ejuicemeup (It's Free)

..and other areas.

Is 20% too much flavouring? Last time I made a mix it was 10% flavouring and it was decent.
I'd check around on prices. That "kit", 5 flavorings at 10ml each, for $21 seems a bit high to me. Granted, I have no idea what things sell for where you are.
While 20% is on the high side, it primarily depends on the flavors used and your taste.
I don't know what the ejuicmeup result was supposed to represent, but it seems you are progressing in the correct direction.

Also, is it safe to presume that each flavouring has a 100% PG base?
I think I'll cut it down to 10% and go from there. I think 20% would be a bit too much for me.
