I just want to let folks know about the excellent service I got from Geekvape with a fairly recent problem with my Tsunami RDA.
While mounting a coil, the positive pin snapped inside the base. This of course meant the RDA was useless, since the +pole wasn't attached to the base now.
I contacted geekvape, explained the RDA was about 3 months old, according to my estimation (as to the order I purchased gear). Verified it was authentic, and they sent me the positive pin (that screws in from the bottom to hold the +pole in place). No charge for the pin, and they paid the $2.65 shipping.

I think the problem was just with the actual metal the pin was made of. I might have gotten 1 made from a section of wire where 2 spools had been joined, (if they are made the same as they make nails and screws) no idea really, but this was the first time I ever heard of that pin breaking on this RDA.

Now we all see people complaining about poor customer service and not standing behind their product, so I figured a kudos was in order for Geekvape and Tsunami RDA. It is a pretty awesome flavor tank. Respectable cloud, but it is built for flavor.

Anyone else want to toss out a thumbs up to a company?

Shout out to Silver Wolf Customs.

I got the Sith V2, broke it down to clean, lost one of the springs to the switch. Contacted them through FB, verified it was authentic and he sent me not only enough springs to make 4 pair but upgraded springs. All at no cost, not even shipping.

About the only vendor that I still rely on almost 100% of the time, for orders to go through quickly, issues to be resolved appropriately, and flat out customer service skills is Bull City Flavors. Every order I've ever made with them has gone through to shipping in a speedy manner, they've never left anything out or off the order list, and correspondence between CS and myself is answered quickly, politely and professionally.

I've been really let down by an awful lot of long-time favorite vendors lately, but BCF hasn't missed the mark a single time so far. (Seriously, what gives? It feels like everyone is slowing down in the "give a shit" category lately)

It's why I keep ordering from them, and will speak highly of them every time I get a chance.

+1 to that, all of it. Never an issue with BCF, but some long time ones, it seems like they're throwing in the towel before the bell has rung.

I once got more than I ordered from Discount Vapers. Contacted them, offered to ship back and they told me, "Keep it, for your honesty." I thought that was very cool of them. They're another that I've bought from over the years, and IMO, highly underrated.

Oh and big thanks to my local B&M - Charlie's Vape Bar and Lounge - the best local vape shop!

I'll add another +1 to BCF.

Lightning Vapes, ordered some wire and they left out a roll. I emailed them and had a reply same day, they sent the wire that was missing with a free one also.

I bought wicks online from my local B&M because I was too lazy to ride there. I received the wrong wicks with my order but I didn't bother contacting them and getting them replaced seeing as it was only $5. On my next order I made a note in the comment section asking them to make sure they send me the correct wicks and they threw in two extra packs for free. I also bought a mini Buddha clone from another online retailer only to find the center pin was bent when I received it. I emailed them and they refunded all my money including shipping no questions asked. :)
