Canada is a devolved government with the British Monarch as it's head of state....just like Australia, New Zealand, and the entire set of Crown Colonies and Dependencies. If I could tell you what my last duty station was you'd have a better idea what I know. But I can't so you don't. I've trained with many of the militaries that are part of the crown colonies and dependencies. Wasn't impressed. I've also seen how my fellow Marines perform in combat. I know what we're made of.
