18 gallons NIC, VG/100%
08 gallons PG (not including the 4 are sold I need to ship)
04 gallons VG

How much PG should I keep?

I know about planning advance, but at what ratio do I prepare?

VG will never be illegal so you can just wait and buy it when you need it.
