So im wanting to make a gallon of vape juice but im very confused with what i need to get. I know there is some premixed nic level e liquid base that i can buy, but my question is how much flavoring do i need to add to a gallon of e liquid base?

Well i dont really every get vape tongue, ive been vaping for 5 years now and stay with the same two flavors. im a very heavy vaper and i use about 240 ml of juice per week.

dude its bad, i worked for a vape company for two years and that place ruined me. I used to get my juice for about 5$ = 60ml, but i dont work there now so that's not the case.
What is your nic you usually vape, 3mg 6mg?

First you need to decide what PG/VG mix ratio and nic percentage you want and buy the ingredients based on that.
The amount of flavor used is not a constant and depends on the recipe you intend to use (if any) and your personal preference.
It would be a shame to make a gallon of unusable juice and then to throw it away.

Thats a great starting point! I have gotten that and still do at times. I have their nic and a 500ml bottle of VG from there yet.

made a 99% pure silver mech mod that was a clone of a switch mod for a buddy in my home town. i wont ever hit that thing again it about killed me it hit so hard.
and i make sleeves for limitless mods and the panels for the newer limitless mods. They sell like candy, well 100 dollars a set candy.
I used to buy all my stuff from wizardlabs.us They will have everything you will need with good product and prices. And agree, till you know what you like, I'd mixed 5-10ml samples. Wizard has a bucket load of 8ml flavor sizes under a couple dollars each. With a hint on preferred flavors we could offer some suggestions. Enjoy!
Before you even start on this you'd better do some reading and give some serious thought to whether you even want to attempt to mix this much at once.
I would recommend you mix 100ml batches instead of one big jug. There is something called "tolerance stacking", also known as "tolerance build-up" that can potentially have a very negative effect on the final product. This is especially true when mixing liquids and a well known and common phenomena in any industry where even simple liquid formulas are used.
Also, the more the liquid, the longer the maturation (entropy) process will take. Smaller batches will age and mature into a usable e-liquid much faster then larger sized bottles.
I've been mixing for a while now and I would never consider mixing such a large batch at once. You need to have some experience under your belt before you commit such a large amount of ingredients to just one mix. What if it tastes like crap? How are you planning on fixing it? How will you even know that you want to buy certain flavors from certain companies? Banana is different in so many ways - are you going to buy TFA? Capella? Inawera? FLavour Art? LorAnns? Flavor West? Do you like Banana Ripe? Banana Cream? Bananas Foster? Plain old Banana?
