Anyone know what the closest vendor to Michigan is?

I've order from nicotine river twice now. The first order there was flavoring all over the box and I just received my second order and they sent me the wrong flavor pack. 10 flavors I didn't want! Waiting 4-5 days( while paying extra for faster shipping) to ship from California only to find mistakes.

I've tried liquid barn but they're also in California.

I guess I'm looking for a new place to order due to customer service and shipping time.

Ever try Bull City Flavors? They're in North Carolina. They don't sell nic, but wonderful customer service, order arrives in 2 days.
I've also done well with RTS Vapes. Can't recall where they are, but usually get stuff in 2 or 3 days once I get tracking info.

Then, there's ecigexpress... for me, they take longer, based in WA state, but decent service. If there are issues, they make them right.

+1 Bull City also never had any issues with EcigExpress .. those are my two 'goto's'

+1 for BCV, I ordered on Wednesday and my shipment was in my mail box today. I don't know who they know in USPS, but their shipments always make it here to the PRC quickly.

I'm in Michigan myself and it usually only takes 2-3 days from Bull City and never had any problems yet.
Sometimes order from ECX also, I'm not usually in a big hurry tho.
Kinda depends on how many I need that are out of stock at one or the other.

For anyone reading this thread thinking "I'm gonna stay away from nicotine river," I just wanted to let u know they're sending me the correct flavors and didn't even ask for the others back.

I'm still going to try bull city but thought you all should know.
