So I recently picked up a nemisis clone recently and plan on going to pick up some batteries shortly. The only vape shop with batteries near me only has the Samsungs anybody have experience with these if so how do you like them? Are they any good or garbage?

I have the Samsung 25R and I absolutely love em.
And I'm comparing them to the Sony VTC5s when I say that.

Which Sammies? The 20R and 25R are good cells. 22a and 20a respectively.

Not to sure. The guy on the phone wasn't to sure. All he could tell me was their 2600 mah and 3.7v. I'm gonna go look at them in a little bit. Not looking to go super sub ohm. But it will def only be a nemisis and rda combo. I'm calling it my couch stuck combo lol

Sounds like they might be the pink 26F's. Not what you want for a mech. They are ICR's and work fine for Evic's (they are the standard Joyetech batt for the Evic) and other lower power regulated devices. The 20R's are 2000mAh and the 25R's 2500mAh. They are both INR or hybrid batteries.

They are the pink ones so I didn't buy them. What would be a good recommended battery then the 20 or 25r?

Ditto on the 20 and 25's...just extremely solid batteries. Even their construction is nearly perfect...like the old Panny CGR18650CH they just look and FEEL well-made.

I got mine here for $7.50 ea.: http://trianglevape.com/samsung-inr18650-25r-2500mah-20a-nca/

About $12 with fast shipping and they use excellent packaging too...

Mine were shipped in a thick bubble-envelope then wrapped in this stuff:

Unless you are sub ohming at some ridiculous level like .1 or lower you will not see any difference between the Samsung 25R
Or the other popular the LG HE 20/35 at .3 ohms you would be using 14amps at .2 ohms you are using 22amps at .1 ohm not even a
Sony VTC5 can truly put out the required amps 42? not this is not taking into account Pulse rates of batteries.

The Lack of any tests being done lately has really made the battery market an open arena for relabelers over stating specs etc.
The Flashlight guys used to be right on top of this but as of late they have kinda been slow to test..

Now longevity wise is something that is one hella of a hard thing to do unless one of us builds a true Vape battery drain test that is relevant to us.... I could do it( no time) could be done
so it makes sense for everyone

Here is the HJK test and review of the 20R on Candlepower Forums: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?357962-Test-Review-of-Samsung-INR18650-20R-2000mAh-(Green)

As to my builds, I've never built below 0.6 ohms and normally run over 1 ohm.
I'm not a sub-ohm guy. ;)
I have seen them I have the 25R's I have all the batteries hahaha
some I just do not use as much like the 1500mah etc
I got the samsung's 2 weeks ago they work great in my rotation but then I do not vape below .3 ohms
longevity wise in my IPV V2 no scientific method I think the 25R's out last the VTC5's but it could be imagination or ? haha

I ordered a 2 pack of 25r from amazon for 17. Flat tops. All good though. I appreciate everybody's replies. I haven't been vaping for more than a month and every week I find myself buying something else to experience with lol. Started with a vapor shark DNA 30 and a nautilus mini then bought a Russian 91 followed by an rda. Didn't like how the rda reacted on my DNA so recently went out and got a nemisis clone lol. Been doing a bunch of reading on batteries and still couldn't decide so I decided to make a post about a common question which I really didn't want to do being I hate asking a commonly asked question but it was my very last resort

The VTC4 provided better voltage under load (with the 25R a close 2nd) but didn't last as long. The 25R gave higher voltage under load and outlasted the VCT5. Unless you are in need of that extra 10 amps the 25R seems a very good choice to me.

No such thing as a common question because I may be vaping longer than you but the answers that your ?s conjured up gave me some very helpful info.
Thanks (been looking for some good batteries since Sony went south)

i have seen the exact opposite on other sites.

Yes, it really does see to be almost a variance cell-by-cell. I haven't seen any that list an average of random cells from different shipments/batches. dampfakkus.de does test and list information on a ridiculous number of different batteries though, and really does seem to be an impartial, third party - not affiliated with vaping or any company/industry as far as I can tell.

I have 2 of these in rotation with VCT4's and VCT5's and I can say that - for me - the subjective experience more closely resembles kidneypuncher's results than those of dampfakkus.

The only thing I can say is if you look at that chart and those of you that know Statistics or understand how charts can be misleading.
Only God or whatever God you choose or choose not to believe in would actually be able to tell a difference in a Mech with anything .2Ohms and above
however, I did see mention that each cell has variance and that is true you can build two identical objects = X and one will be X the other X = .898 if ya understand where I am coming from brotherhood :)

illumination supply also packages quite well. they put my sammys in a plastic battery holder, in a cardboard box with foam surrounding, and then that whole thing was placed in a padded mailer. very professional.

Kinda like packing up a bomb from one of our favorite movies I wonder if sellers should pack our batteries in a bomb proof box as I saw a thread not long ago saying batteries were exploding in the mail of course the poster never responded to me hehehe

It's all good.
I had wanted to research that weird packing stuff, so now I finally know what it is. ;)

Pretty cool product actually...less plastic in the landfill is good.

Well, it certainly is a distinctive packaging material. :)

I will always remember Triangle Vapes because of that stuff...well, that and their great prices and products, of course. ;-)
