I don't put a lot of faith in the puff counter to begin with. That aside though, you could try pulling the batteries and letting it sit for somewhere between 5-20 minutes to let any residual energy dissipate, and then put the batteries back in it. This is effectively "rebooting" it. If that doesn't work, I would try reloading the firmware. If you don't have it, you can get it from the Wismec website. It's possible that something has gotten corrupted or glitched and needs to be reloaded. Finally, if nothing else is affected, you could choose to just live with it, but keep an eye on it and see if anything else starts acting up.

This may be a silly question, as I don't have the 200S in the collection, but are you sure that isn't the puff counter in seconds? A lot of my mods have the option of displaying seconds fired for, and 2-5 Seconds is fairly average for someone vaping?I have a Wismec 200S and my puff counter is going crazy, puff counter is going up 1,2 and some times by 5, most of the times it's going by 2's...... Any way to fix this??? Am on firmware 4.13
That's a GREAT question, I didn't think about that. It could be the actual time you vape per hit, not the cumulative count of hits. This may be a silly question, as I don't have the 200S in the collection, but are you sure that isn't the puff counter in seconds? It's the puff counter for sure, display of seconds comes up for 2 seconds or so and goes away, puff counter keeps climbing by 2's. It was at 3000+ and reset it when I installed a new coil. I usually reset it to see how many puffs my coil lastThis may be a silly question, as I don't have the 200S in the collection, but are you sure that isn't the puff counter in seconds? Ah, okay. That definitely clears things up a bit. Just out of curiosity, what kind of tank are you using, which coils, and what's the average lifespan (number of puffs)? It's the puff counter for sure, display of seconds comes up for 2 seconds or so and goes away, puff counter keeps climbing by 2's. I'm really intrigued to know how many puffs on average you get out of that coil. How does it translate to average number of days for you?TFV8 with T8 coil
Ahh fair enough, I just wondered if it was adding the seconds together and displaying the total time vaped, instead of an actual puff counter. It's the puff counter for sure, display of seconds comes up for 2 seconds or so and goes away, puff counter keeps climbing by 2's. Was this the first time you had reset it after installing a new coil? It sounds like an annoying issue if you like the puff counter, especially as you have reinstalled the firmware. I am sorry I can't offer an explanation or help here, it is an odd issue for sure.
