Hello,

I have Evic VTwo mini with Sony VTC6 battery. Im searching for SAFE charger and spare battery. Im very disturbed by all those horrible stories about battery explosion. What do you think about the chargers from the pictures. Is aliexpress good option for purchasing such a thing.

Im searching for genuine single battery charger from good brand.

Also what spare battery to choose - second VTC6 or 30q, LG etc.

What about my mothers Eleaf iStick 40w with build in battery. She's charging it with 1A charger from iPhone.

I really like the Xtar chargers.

If you think you are going to continue vaping, get a 2 bay or better yet a 4 bay charger as they are not much more expensive.

Thank you for your replies.

What about clone chargers. Is there such a thing? If I buy them from a store they are 50% more expensive than aliexpress.

Do I need the highest amperage battery for my mod Evic VTwo mini?

Thanks again.

Any idea of who has the Nitecore D4 from a reputable US vendor? 101vape likes to stay sold out and been trying to find a company who has it that doesn't use Bluecheck verification service. I've been looking for 3 months... apparently my googlefu is broken. :(

Who told you that? Xtar has it's own factory and does it's own R&D.
You are correct however keep climbing the chain and you'll find yourself at the same parent company.
Unfortunately I am drawing a blank on whom that is at the moment.

I'm pretty sure @MannyScoot mentioned the other day the name of the company if I am remembering correctly in another thread the name of the parent company.

I have a Nitecore D4 and the LUC4, the LUC4 gets the most use but it seems to be on the way out, batteries don't always register in slot 1 and 3 so will need to replace it.

I notice the LUC6 charges 4 batteries at 0.68A if I have the correct information, do you know of any 6 bay chargers that can charge at a 1A rate for all 6 bays? I find that the Efest charger is nearly always full with the amount of mods and batteries I have in rotation and use so could do with the extra bays.

Amazon

For not much more $ you could get an Opus

I've had an Opus for years but listening to the guys here I thought I'd give xtar a try and just ordered a VC4.

I think that amount of current is too high for this type of plastic charger.... You probably can find one but it will charge (2) Batts to only....

Ok then thank you, I might as well get another LUC4 then as I can charge 4 at a 1A charge rate, and use the other one I currently have for the extra two slots. I will then just keep the Nitecore as a back up or for AA/AAA batteries.

Charge cells at .68 amps this will give you a year plus on the life of the cell.... 1 or 2 amps or higher kills them rapidly
