Howdy peoples!
Been a while.

I'm nearly out of nic and I remember HIC and a few other people talking about a certain brand of nic being pretty much flavourless a while back. Done some forum searches and can't find the info. I know I'll recognise the name as soon as I hear it.

Throw some high qual suppliers at me

Yea Vaporstek was the one I was thinking of, thanks Heartsdelight.
If HiLIQ has taken the mantle though, looks like I'm heading that way.

Much appreciated you too

Is it the suggested shaking or hot water bath that you may have an aversion to?

It's the hot water bath. Just like a night after eating a jar of jalapenos lol

I don't have much experience with different nics as all I've used is ecx nic and I never had any problems with it.

I've been impressed with Nude Nicotine's product, I got a liter of 100mg/ml with their body armor protection thingy to help preserve it while it sits in my freezer. I think you can request a 15ml sample from them for cheap

I don't have a particular brand to recommend - I've built up my stash long before the ban here in jolly Belgium, and most brands I bought have now disappeared.

I will say this however: whatever you buy, if you plan on storing it, get yourself anti-UV brown glass jars, long-term storage aluminum caps, and store you nic in the freezer. Me, the oldest base I own is 30 liters of 72 mg Inawera VG base that I put in storage 3 or 4 years ago, and it's still clear - meaning the nicotine hasn't oxidized and gone all yellow.

Nope, just someone who wanted to preempt stupid laws before they happened. I actually have a total of 222 liters in my stash - 30L in 72 mg, 6 or 7L in 36 mg and the rest in 18 mg.

When I bought all of that stuff, it was cheap (the glass bottles and the new freezer cost more). Now it's unavailable in bulk, and extremely expensive in the form of "nicoshot" booster bottles (2 euros for 10 ml - yikes...) Also, I'm still able to mix juice in strengths well above 6 mg - something that's pretty much impossible with pre-made zero-nic juice bottles designed to be mixed with nicotine boosters. And to be honest, I'm fairly sure the nicotine boosters will be outlawed altogether here sooner or later.

That's what corrupt politicians and the lobbying groups who bought them get when they don't let their constituents be: some of them stock up - and I'm not the only one... :)

So, you're in Europe. What are people going to do, just buy as it is? I would think they'd look towards the US or China. Will you be able to have it sent to Europe or will customs grab it?

How long do you expect it to last? Its strength will degrade, but you seem to have that covered with the nic levels.

I think I need more nic.

There's the European directive on tobacco products that imposes some restrictions, and then individual EU states are free to go further. The law isn't the same everywhere in Europe. Where I live, there are a number of really dumb restrictions, such as the ban on purchasing vaping products over the internet, and the obligation for juice makers to register their products individually and pay 4000 euros per product.

For the former, people are restricted to buying stuff from local B&M stores - which is okay because they have a decent selection, but of course not ideal if you want something really special. Then you have to turn to smuggling stuff in from neighboring countries. There's a fairly well organized contraband network now, so it's not too much of a bother.

For the latter, no juice maker wants to pays X times 4000 euros just to sell to a few vapers in very small country, so we don't have access to many great pre-made juices - which is exactly what the lawmakers intended. The nicotine booster bottle thing is a loophole to get around the restriction: juice makers produce no-nic juices - which isn't regulated - and the nic bottles separately - which they only needed to register once. But forcing everybody to mix their juices if they want nic kind of defeats the "think of the children" fake safety rationale behind the law, and the local authorities have already hinted that they'll close the loophole sooner or later. Yessiree, they have the best public health officials money can buy over here...

Anyway, I'm pretty much covered myself - nicotine-wise as well as hardware-wise. I'll keep purchasing stuff until it becomes impossible, and then I should be set until I kick the bucket - and then some. Anything not to smoke again!

Good for you for preparing. It's a shame those entrusted to look out for our general well-being are so small-minded and dogmatic.

Im new to DIY. I never knew what people meant by saying "peppery nic". I got a bottle from Nude Nic and tried my first test batches a few days ago. I now know what they meant. This shit is bad. I wont be getting my nicotine from NudeNic. I promptly ordered from Vaperstek and am waiting for it to arrive. Could it be that I got an old bottle? Because this stuff is rank.

I contacted HiLiq as my supplier in the UK is done for on May 20th. They replied promptly. All I can say is that I appreciate their attitude towards accommodating customers. ;)

I see this thread is a little older and came across it as I was looking for more nic. I have enough for maybe 200 more mls of juice then its gone. I did order a sample from Nude Nic today. But I have been seeing a lot of post about VapersTek and this is the first time for hearing about HiLIQ.

Does everyone still have the same thoughts / experience looking for known tastings / recommendations before buying the next bottle.

One more to add to this, if its the cleanest taste or lack of nic taste why do nic salts not seem to come up in topics more?

I know very very little about them but was told as for the taste or cleanest taste they are worlds above nicotine base. Any truth to this?

Speaking as someone who has primarily Vaperstek stashed away in the freezer, if I did need to run and buy nic, I'd be comfy with buying HiLiq. I've sampled their nic, and it's clear as water and clean tasting, very smooth. I actually prefer nic with some throat hit, but it's good nic, based on my sample.
