Apple filling, No Cinnamin

I'm looking for a good cooked apple flavor that lacks most of the top notes. I currently have three different apples and they all range from Green to Red but not quite what I want. FA Apple Pie is the closest I've tasted but, I don't want the buttery Pie note. I see that Flavorah has an Apple Filling concentrate, but it sounds like it has a strong Cinnamin note. I just want the sweet apple pectin flavor. Thanks for the support.

Hangsen has a fantastic Apple WG.... pure apple flavor, and strong so only need a little for a great flavor.
I've never detected any cinnamon or other flavor in it, .. just apple.
You can add anything you want to change it, but at least your starting with a good apple only flavor.

I found a an "Apple Mixed" on Bull City. Is this what you're refering to?

Inawera is the maker of "Apple WG" that I was referring too.
Here is one place you can pick it up.
They offer a 2ml sample of the Apple for $2.00, but I would spend the extra $1.35, and get the 10ml.... it's good
Remember, it's super strong, so start low % in a "test" of about 2ml.
My taste buds suck, and I use it at 1%, and that's a good strong apple for me.
Sooo ... if you have taste buds that work !!!, use less to start.

I've heard that Inawera's Shisha Golden Apple is a good "baked apple" flavor. Don't know, I've got it, but haven't tried it yet.

I've used pectin to make jellies and it's naturally occurring in real apples; but I can't make a vape flavor suggestion for it. (as requested by the OP) The pectin I've used is pretty much tasteless.

Yah, didn't mean literally "pectin" as I realize many fruit have the stuff. Just trying to refer to the soft, mellow sweet notes of a baked apple. Canned apple filling would be a good comparison. I think i have some leads now, INWA Double Apple , Golden Apple or Apple WG line. Anyone have experience with any two or three of these togather and can shed some comparison notes?

The reviewer there said it's similar to a Now or Later / Jolly Rancher.... err.. opposite of what I'm lookong for. Are they totally off base?

Do you have FA Liquid Amber? You could choose your fave authentic apple flavor, many really like FA Fuji, then add a touch of Liquid Amber. 0.25% to 0.5% to give it that baked-ness, lol.

No, but it's been on my wish-list, for a few orders now. It just never makes the final cut. I hear it adds a nice "cider" note. Is there other uses for it? I'm big on crossover for any flavor I choose. I typically want at least 3 applications for each flavor I buy...

I've rarely used it. Based on what HIC had mentioned a few years back, it does give a cidery to some flavors, or that baked fruit flavor. If I vaped more fruits, I might be more into it. Here's a copy/paste of HIC's notes on that one.

Very useful for baked fruit and cider flavor. Think of it as a way to slightly ferment the other flavors. One FA vendor describes the standalone flavor well: "Warm and smooth flavor with a hint of fresh fruit and a delicate sourness in the aftertaste." At 3% standalone, it gives a hint of (apple? pear? something fruity), a bit of sweetness you taste in the far back of your throat, and undertones of sour, like the background warmth and sourness of slightly-hard cider.

Add 0.5-1% Liquid Amber to apple flavors for basic apple cider. If you use mostly Liquid Amber plus a touch of Pear, Apple, Cherry, Apricot... - the fruit flavor will come through well. It becomes pear- (apple-...) flavored Amber.

That is similar to adding FA Brandy to fruit, but it's a much smoother effect. If you don't have FA Brandy, or if Brandy is too strong for you, Liquid Amber makes a fine substitute. Liquid Amber can also boost mild anise and licorice notes in tobacco blends.

Ooooo... I see what you're doing there. I actually do have INWA Pineapple and you're right, it does have a real soft apple like base note.. Hmm.. I've used that for months in my P'clada recipe, but have always needed to add some top notes like Lime & Kiwi to have it be complete. You rock! I love moments like this.
