Depends on the coil you use.

Ti = Titanium 1 Wire (Temp Control Only)
Ni = Ni200 Nickel Wire (Temp Control Only)
SS = Stainless Steel Wire (Temp or Regular Variable Wattage Mode)
W = Wattage Mode, which can use Kanthal A1 coils (most coil heads are made from Kanthal), NiChrome (similar to Kanthal but softer and heats up quicker), or Stainless Steel.

With TC or VT (Temp Control/Variable Temperature), you have to set the system to the appropriate type of wire (ie Ni, Ti, or SS), then if you can set your watts, and then adjust your temperature. TC/VT control will ramp up to set watts, then reads the resistance of the coil as it is firing, as wire heats up, its resistance increases, this is how the mod guesses the temperature of the coil, once the set top temperature is reached, the system adjusts the wattage up and down repeatedly to maintain the temperature set.

Variable Wattage only mode, start lower watts, prime your coil, fill and assemble the tank, then take short puffs, after 20 to 30 minutes, bump the wattage up a bit, rinse and repeat until you either hit that "WOW" flavor and throat hit, or if you start getting a harsh hit, back the wattage down a couple steps, that will be the max watts for that coil. VT/TC will follow this same formula with the temp setting, its all dependent upon your flavor pallete, not any one all do all silver bullet setting for everyone, just a basic guideline.

0.15 with an "Omega" symbol??

Unless the coil has at the bottom pin a colored gasket, like blue will generally be Ni200 Nickel (dark navy blue or powder blue), Ti gaskets are sometimes red though Kanger and couple others use red for their normal Kanthal heads, as stated above unless a 3rd party coil head for the Baby Beast not made by Smok who makes the tank, the coil head will be Kanthal so thus set it to "W" mode, set the watts to the lowest watts printed on the coil, prime it thoroughly, etc like I posted above to get the coil broken in properly.

The symbol signifies resistance in OHMS. And yer missing a point somewhere.
If it says .15, that's not wattage mode. If it says 1.5, it is wattage mode and should prolly start at ~ 12 watts.
The Baby Beast uses Kanthal Coils.

Check... Wattage mode it is.

I'm surprised there are no SS coils for it. :(
Yep very surprised as well.
I hated the TFV4* but this little beast is a completely different animal.

*The 1 I had leaked like crazy.Like literally peed all over my hand at 1 point*
