I found an online seller that seemed reputable, wont mention till I know if I really did get scammed.

I bought a YIHI SX Mini S Class. I contacted them before my purchase and asked if they were authentic, which they said yes... they love the S Class and when they can find them they buy them up, because they fell its the best one.

SO got it in today. Box is so authentic looking, warranty card and all, stickers etc.

Go to YIHI and type in the id # and I get invalid....
I contacted Yihi, sent them photos and info so Im waiting, nervously..... THIS is the only qualm I have about counterfeits/ clones. That they make them? . no, but honestly think they should not be allowed to use logos, serials etc.
Make them, clone/ copy them, but make sure it cant be used to scam people.

Is there any info on line or here that can help me know so I dont have an anxiety attack in the meantime?

Im hoping its a mistake, and if it is fake that they will make good. Even vendors can get scammed, so I dont want to mess with their rep if it is.
All it takes is one stupid mistake for someones business and livelihood to get ruined.

Those online authenticity checkers that manufacturers have on their sites are a joke in many cases. Meaning, just because it came out as "invalid" doesn't mean it is inauthentic. In fact, since you bought an older product, the system could have kicked your authenticity code out so that now it comes up "invalid".

Hope you get a reply from YiHi, but if you bought it from an unauthorized YiHi vendor, they are just going to tell you that you got a clone even if it's authentic.

Myself and another member (also female) were helping him out and he kept calling us "dudes" and "sirs" I kept hinting that I was not a man, told him I was old enough to be his grandma, etc. and the other member too.

Truth be told if the OP would have just named the site in the first place as many members here asked HER to do this all could have been avoided because I and many others would have assured HER that Ginger Vapes is indeed legit. As far as me knowing the gender of the OP Bird is right, her Avi is really not conducive to the assumption that SHE is a female. In the end though that is my bad but tbh I never really look at gender I only look to help first. So if in the future I call someone bro that is indeed not a bro I apologize.
