I just made nirvana

Well no, I made what I now lovingly call Angel Fluff.

I ordered a trial of Angel Food Cake from DIY Flavor Shack and was dying to try it so I figured sort of a Angel Food Whoopie Pie type flavor would be safe.

So 3% AFC from FS, 2% Marshmallow FA and 1% Butter FA

It's such a light flavor. Yummmm!! Not as heavy as Yellow Cake ...literally if you put that marshmallow fluff from a jar inside 2 slices of Angel Food Cake.

Ahh ...happy accidents.

Haven't been thrilled with the heavy nutmeg and/or coconutty taste I get from most "cake" type flavors

I get no nut at all (hate nut flavors) and no coconut either. It's pretty dead on Angel Food Cake. What surprised me was the lightness of the flavor. You know how AFC is a very sweet but fluffy kind of white cake flavor? It's that but without the pastry overtones so I added butter for that.

Wish I could hand you my vape and just say "taste this" like I do with my husband.

Had a similar experience - but mine were girls.

Thank god they left home so I can afford to indulge in top shelf vaping

I think I mentioned my reasons for avoiding it -- not because I think it's any worse than the cigarettes I smoked for 39 yrs, but because I have both asthma and hypochondria, and the only reported symptom of bronchiolitis obliterans is shortness of breath -- if I vape diketones, then the next time I have an asthma attack -- like, in a few hours -- I'll be dead certain I'm about to perish. Just rather not go there. My nerves can't handle it.

Pretty much every flavor I vape had diacetyl of at least trace amounts. I like desserts.

Everyone should vape what makes them most comfortable. For me, I don't give a single crap about diacetyl but that doesn't mean others won't and that's cool too.

I can't say absolutely for sure that the shisha strawberry I love so much doesn't have diketones.... it may, for all I know, but INW doesn't publish that, one way or the other. But as long as I don't know for sure... I can persist in believing that my strawberry & cream is diketone-free, because none of the other flavors I use in it have diketones. That's good enough for me. I really *don't* think the diketone thing is probably anything to worry about... but I know how my hypochondria works, and it's not pretty at all.

Ridiculousness. AK is in the U.S. It costs slightly more via 1st class but the same priority mail. I sold on feebay for years and years and never had a single problem with AK or Hawai'i for that matter.

It takes a while at times but the cost is about the same. If you ever really want something that won't deliver to AK hit me up. Order it, send it to me, and I'll priority it to you for normal flat rate box prices.

My general policy towards those ignoramuses is and take my business elsewhere

However, the vast majority of vape businesses are great to work with and most honor free shipping up here, far more than other industries. Like you said, flat rate is flat rate.

Heck, I don't mind paying the difference if first class is the only option, but some of these outfits are just plain dumb. The most problems I've run into have been with DIY suppliers.

I had another recipe where someone tasted nothing but a mouthful of cinnamon and there's none in that recipe. Hmmm. Anyway, this is your thread, but if I can help, PM me, or post in the other.

Pretty sure I accidentally put maple syrup in place of brown sugar. Surprisingly horrid, I might add.
