I've heard others using it alone too; think it was in 3-4% range?

Forest Mix at 3% standalone is good but it's much better with 1% Cream Fresh and 1% Biscotto added

You can do that with any you wish, (I guess...)but these are ones I use...

I've made Vienna at 2.5% standalone. Day 1 and 2, tasted really odd. Later, the odd taste was gone and I still couldn't decide if I liked it, but also realized I wasn't putting it down.

You can use any of them standalone, granted, not all will be outstanding that way. Choose what sounds really good to you by itself. Based on your list, some of them are really strong at 0.5%, while others need up to 4% - depending on your taste buds.
