aspire brand battery safety

i have aspire brand batterys icr 18650 2600 mah online they say its a 20 amp battery.alltho the package on it says 20 a/40a,my package dosent say anythiing but they are exact same battery.a pamphlet says its ok to 65 degrees at 30 amp,my vape ampage rests between 23-25 amps.im new to vaping just want to make sure this is safe cause they say on the battery not to use if the ampage discharge is different than the productcould someone help me pleasee so i can vape peacefully

As @SirRichardRear has said, they are 15A batteries. They are OK to use but not for high wattages- say 40W at a maximum for a single 18650 mod, 80 for dual. This will keep you safe with cutoff voltage and efficiency taken into account.

Avoid batteries such as these, and go for ones from the big brands such as Samsung, LG and Sony, from a reputable store.
