Hey guys! have heard all this new stuff about the e-lvt 2.0 that goes up to 30W. This sounds great accept i can't find it on the actual dovpo website! It only shows there original e-lvt and I'm assuming if a 2.0 was out it would be available on the companies website right? I have although found the 2.0 on websites such as fast tech and they are not listed as clones or hybrids. Just curious what you guys know about this new mod and if a real dovpo e-lvt 2.0 really exists. Thanks as always fellow Vapers!!

There ya go.

I'm waiting for someone to confirm whether it has a spring-loaded center pin or not. If it does, I'm sure gonna get me one as soon as it's available!

YESSSS! That just made me extremely excited. Out of curiously why do you want the spring loaded center pin so bad? Do you have many tanks that do not fit a normal 510 head without playing with the contact? I'm just curious because I don't have a lot of tanks but haven't had a problem yet!

You've got three kinds of center pins:

- Fixed, set in a vaguely flexible gromet: endless connection troubles
- Adjustable: annoying for no good reason, cheesy, requires a tool to adjust, but works eventually.
- Spring loaded: zero problems, no adjustment or tool needed.

The problem of reliability in flush-mounted connectors has probably been resolved 30 seconds after electricity was invented. I see no reason to buy devices with substandard connectors. Therefore I don't buy mods if they don't have spring-loaded center pins. It's not that I change toppers that often, but I have no intention of putting up with any other 510 connector ever again when there's one kind that's so much more user-friendly.

The thing with the E-LVT is, version 1 has a spring-loaded center pin (which is perfect), but for some reason, version 2 doesn't seem to have it. That's extremely strange: why would Dovpo downgrade the connector when the first version worked so well? So perhaps the photos I've seen were a prototype or something. That's why I'll wait for someone to review the real thing before buying.

Hey guys. I have a Dovpo e-LVT 2.0 BUT, what's weird is mine is only 7.0W up to 30W and doesn't seem to have variable voltage, only wattage. This has a flashlight in the place of holding Power and "-" (where the older ones would switch to variable voltage, mine only triggers the flashlight. the center pin in non-adjustable. Does this make sense? I was under the impression that it had VV but like I say mine has flashlight instead unless there's another way to get to the voltage so I ask this because I'm wondering if they (dovpo) went a bit backwards in firmware or do I have a knock-off or something? I was under the impression it was genuine and definitely looks it as I have the box and documentation (which says nothing about VV) so I figured I'd ask....thoughts?

Thank You
Fas

Post a photo Fas, let us see the flashy light mod thingie.:D

It's a stock feature of the 2.0. whereas the dovpo 1.0 had minus and power to adjust voltage the 2.0 only does wattage and the minus and power toggles the light. weird. No real need for voltage but I've read conflicting reports on it too. I didn't take a front view of light being on but it's actually very bright.
Looks like it IS legit and not a knock-off: I LVOE it but some ads advertise the 2.0 with both VV and VW when it's only VW (variable wattage)

Did you ever figure out how to get to voltage mode? It is variable voltage I've seen it but most videos say hold just minus button for 2 secs to turn on flashlight but mine turns on by Hindi g power and minus button which is supposed to be to go into voltage mode. Cany find a solution anywhere
