The wife made herself some chicken breasts for dinner, breaded with GF bread crumbs and cooked on the stovetop in (I think) olive oil......I guess that she made some extra and threw it in my saladThat looks so good, Kev

I was outside cutting the grass while she was making her dinner (she's back on working nights since Jacob is outta school for the Summer ).......I had NO idea what she was making. She is on GF, lactose free, and limited sugar, since her stomach has been giving her issues. She STILL needs to go and see the Dr. about it. I found her one.....but she STILL needs to make an appointment 
......to find out what's really going on.

.....Or any kind of "regular" pasta dish. Makes TRYING to go out and get something to eat.....almost impossible! ......Oh yeah.....and garlic and onions bother her too......AND that's in just about EVERYTHING.
