Vaporjoes and Vaping Underground have finally arrived. Those two words have officially been banned on ECF. If you type the word "Vaporjoes" or "Vapingunderground" in any post - you will get ".........." instead. Feel free to test it out.

Sadly this means any links to our sites that have valuable information will no longer work. These types of tactics will not be tolerated in a REAL forum with free and open debate, and is EXACTLY the reason we started Vaping Underground.

i was an OG member of ECF when SJ or smokeyjoe opened it back then it was not like it is today. i was at one point a moderator there when it was worth it to be one anyway.just before Vapersforum went live under spikey at that time. just before ceejee or who ever become the default admin in place of SJ. basically SJ hired people to run the forum for him. he was tired and wanted to take a step back from the day to day aspects of the site. these said people changed it to be a RED tape political mess and they see other places and forums as an enemy rather then a resource. these people are the one responsible for the mess that ECF became full of ADS and various levels of distrust. i have some old members who can back me up on this. ASK JIM DAVIS , ASK ROYAL GATE are friendly Nuck. i will be inviting them to VU if they have not already join thur one of my links. There are others in the know but they are still in the fold or simply moved on so i will not name them.

Wow!!! That is crazy stupid. Are they that afraid of competition??? Do other e-cig and vape forums ban the use of other forums names??? Speaking for other forums I frequent and mod (not vaping or e-cig forums) we don't ban the use of other forum names. In fact we share resources. We are all there for the same purpose.

I don't think there is an actual post on ECF stating this. I am sure it is just feedback from members who have posted and either been warned or banned. If they made an actual post it would have to be locked because I am sure it would turn into an all-out flame.

Ecf has always censored you! If you try to post a link to a non-paying vendor, it immediately disappears! I thought something was wrong, so I reposted and got a pm explaining it. No ban, just disappearing pixels, lol!

true story:
i got a "vacation" from ECF for being a thorn in the moderators side (i.e. speaking my mind). i opened a ticket to management, explaining that i felt censored and telling them they ran the place like Russia. the response? "You try running Russia".
