Mod/tank issues

I'm using a Smok TF4V mini tank w/ quad coils and a Smok G-Priv 220w mod.

Put a new coil in the other night. Primed it, filled the tank, and went to bed. Yesterday while using it, it was real hard to draw a remotely decent hit. Thought bad coil. Switched them out. Same results. This got me thinking maybe it's the mod.

Today at work, a coworker and I switched tanks and mods to test my theory. Nope. My tank worked on his mod and vice versa.

There are no air flow restrictions. The ohms are reading correctly. I've adjusted the wattage, changed the batteries, restarted the device, and am still at a loss. Anybody have any insight?

Strange? Does the atty sound like its firing when you push the fire button?

When you took the tank apart did you look down the coil chambers to see if there is a blockage anywhere?

Have you tried just drawing on the atty without firing and are getting a draw ok?

silly question maybe but what mode are you running in on the mod? Do you have it in temp mode or wattage mode?

What resistance does it read on the mod?

When you unscrew the atty and put it back on is the resistance staying the same after you click yes to a new coil?

Have you installed the latest firmware?

Is the positive pin touching the bottom of the coil ok? If you Unscrew the coil push the pin up from the bottom of the base, now screw the coil in tight it should now be touching just make sure the pin is protruding properly from the threads (like this pic below) otherwise you'll get a short problem

Try these checks first then I'll come up with some others lol
