I am torn between these two mods. I welcome any input anyone has in either or both of these mods... decisions, decisions!

I have a Funky on the way, should be here on Monday. Love my Charon though, it just works, hard to find cons.

I will update once I have had time with the Funky.

I don't have the Charon, but I do have the Battlestar. If the quality of the Charon is anything like it - and I don't see Smoant slacking on one particular mod - then it's a tank. I love my Battlestar, it's solid as a rock, and I plan on ordering a few more.
I got my Aleader Funky a few days ago and quite frankly am a bit disappointed. It looks nice enough (except for the sickly green/yellow color randomly sent), but there is some button rattle. And I have to turn it up to 90w to get the same vape I get at 82w on the Battlestar (And that's with the Funky turned up to "powerful"). It is what it is, I guess, but if I had a choice between getting another Funky or getting another Smoant product, I'd definitely go with Smoant anything.

I have Charon tc and Adjustable. Love both. Those and Therion are in daily rotation. Was surprised that I don't miss screen on Adjustable. Really appreciate the simplicity and not having to fiddle with running watts up/down when chain vaping. Adjustable seems to keep vape in a good place no matter how I'm hitting it.

Good to know. That's one thing that drives me crazy with my alien 220w. It just doesn't hit as quick & hard as my Tarot Pro. I hope the Charon hits as well as the Battlestar. I did consider the Battlestar as well, but I really want a mod that I can carry on the inside pocket of my jacket & that one is just a bit too bulky.

Both of my Charon's have responsive button. Adjustable seems to hit just a smidge faster. For the record, I am very intolerant of fire lag. Have shelved & given away mods with lag.

I own both. My Aleader Funky 160w will find a new home. I like everything about the mod except for the negative battery contacts. They are shaped like wall hangers and have hooked and snagged on 2 sets of battery wraps.

Contacted Vape Wild about this and apparently they are all like this.

9 of 10 times I reach for the Charon.

That would be a definite negative, pun completely intended. Lol!

Can the ends be bent to stop that?

I have a funky 160w and am pretty pleased with it. I'm considering getting a battlestar as well. They're cheap enough. Unfortunately the green/yellow were sold out so got stuck with a blue/red one.

That blue and red looks sweet, want to get a set of those panels for mine.

I got a purple and green and love it.

Performance wise I prefer the Charon so far but it is still early, need more time with the Funky.

Yeah the colors growing on me. Thinking of getting either a blue crown 3 or a blue apocalypse to match it. Ohh the vanity.

Have the freyja (blueish version of the funky 160) with the blue crown 3 looks so sick

Yeah I'm trying to decide between a crown 3 mini in blue or another rda. Leaning towards the crown because I have a full size already so I stock coils.

I have both, but the Charon's battery life is pathetic.
Gots to be easy on the Funky when installing batts, but other than that - it's great
Charon hits a bit harder, so I leave it at home for my RDA's.

Both really nice devices otherwise.

Now I also have a Livepor 160
Man battery life is amazing
Really smooth device.
Yes its plastic, and kind of cheapy , but sooo light and really works well
Really nice feel
For 30.00 it was a steel
