It wouldn't come in a regular juice. (If it does it would only come in 3mg/ml and 6mg/ml like all the other liquids unless someone knows of a place that will mix it that high for them)
You'd have to buy it yourself and add it to nic free juice.

50mg/ml would be 5% nicotine by volume so if you bought a 30ml of 0 nic eliquid you could add about 1.5ml of 100mg/ml Nicotine Salt Base to get your desired amount
if you bought a 120ml bottle of 0 nic eliquid you would add 6ml of 100mg/ml to get 5% nic..

I should rephrase. Is a 50mg mic salt solution comparable to 18mg juice or 12mg juice. I've heard things about both so just trying to get an idea here.
From how much nicotine intake I get, I get about the same satisfaction from either regular nic or nic salts of the same mg/ml concentration. From a harshness and throat hit perspective, 32 mg nic salts is far smoother than 18 mg regular nic maybe closer to 12.
