Hugo Boxer Rader or Smoant Battlestar?

Hi guys im torn between the Boxer Rader and Smoant Battlestar. Which would be better in terms of battery life, performance and firing delay. Thanks.

I've researched both units a lot. I've heard that the only problem on the Boxer is the 3D printing finish since the coloring fades and discolors, especially black (this is why I didn't buy it. If that's not a problem, the build board and build are great. The Battlestar is a great mod, I have one and I love it. I bought the rx2/3 and the battlestar at the same time. I've sold one of my two rx 2/3's and I'm about to sell the other. I switched out the firmware on my wismec's to Arctic Fox and I've re-soldered all of the wires in them. I've never had to touch anything on the Battlestar. I highly recommend it. If you vape in TC and specifically in s.s.316 (like me) you'll love it.

I have been using my Boxer every day for almost 8 months and this is what it looks like...... The damb thing is built out of Kevlar or something... Discoloration zero, damage zero.........

Battlestar has a much less efficient chip. The Radar holds up nicely and is lighter than most of my 2 battery mods. It also fits a 30mm atty - bonus. I've had no problems with the chip. The battery cover seems to come off a little easier than the Smoant. However getting the batteries out is a bitch unless you put a piece of tap to pull them straight out. It is easy to damage your wraps if you are not careful. That is my only issue with the mod. I also find the instruction booklet useless. You will need to play around and figure things out for yourself. It does have a power curve or preheat option though. But no memory sets.

Overall, I prefer the Radar to the Smoant. Not sure what the coating is on the Radar. They say nylon but it looks and feels almost like a 3d printed box. It holds up nicely though and comes with a nice sleeve too.

Love the Fireluke on top. Awesome. I see you are using the coil and not the RTA. Any reason for that?
Yeah I tried the build deck, but I get a much better flavor from the coils and they last forever, I have been vaping on the same coil since day one and let's not forget the clouds........ Nice tank my roommate has his purple one day and night......

Funny that. I much prefer the RTA but I am not a cloud guy. i'm a flavour guy and find the RTA better flavour with a bit higher ohm coil that use less juice. I want to vape at no more than 60 watts and with the coil I'm vaping above 100 watts.
