Buying my first RTA

I think I've settled on the original Ammit single coil RTA by Geek Vape. The price is right and seems simple enough. (I love simplicity) anyways I was just wondering if the "nic drop" applies to RTA's like it does with RDA's..I usuallly vape 6mg in a subohm tank so should I grab some 3mg for my new RTA? I found with RDA's some juice is vapable at 6mg while some are not so much..any help is appreciated. Also any tips that would be helpful in using my first RTA is also welcome. Thanks for reading.

Watch some wicking videos for that rta, a bit tricky. Nic level will depend on the coil, watts, and af you use. Try it with 6mg and maybe buy 3mg to tone it down if needed.

I think I'm going to try some 6mg..and see how it goes. I can't afford both at least I can use the 6mg in a tank at the very least if it doesn't work out lol if I ran out and got 3mg and it didn't cut it,that would be a complete waste..I'm buying my RTA from a local shop that doesn't carry a lot of stock..fingers crossed they still have it when i get some money next week.. I watched a tried and true wicking method for the ammit on youtube..I'll watch again when it's going down *edit* the few vids I watched recommended building .4 or .5's with this particular RTA..interesting indeed. Supposed to be good on flavor..getting excited
