I have that problem on a daily basis. Turn off the mod, remove the battery, because safety lol
Take a stainless steel nail file, don't try that with a glass one, place it in the airflow and give it a good tuck. Can try screw drivers, or my favorite IKEA tools, not sure what they are called, but if you ever bought something at IKEA and opened the package, then you know what I am talking about.

Anyways, I had to buy some ceramic tip tweezers for my new RDTA, not trying to promote anything here, but the tweezers from geek vape, do an amazing job with stucked smok tanks and coils. The back is made for that and you won't have to deal with screwdrivers, pliers etc. anymore. They are just a couple of dollar but make the job easy, other brands make them too, but I thought I name the one I am using, at least you know it works lol.

You can also try kitchen/dishwashing gloves, the ones you use for cleaning the house. Even the ones from an first aid kit will do. I normally use this method on my stuck coils or if my tank won't open, but it works with your problem too, from time to time, or if you can't find tools. Just wear the gloves, grab the tank/connection/coils or whatever is stuck, get a good grip and just unscrew as regular.

It works with rubber bands too, but my hands are to small to get that to work and I always know were I find gloves lol

In a likewise vein, you might try one of those floppy rubber jar openers. They usually have at least one side highly textured as to facilitate application of direct torque. I'm rather sure you could find them in any local to you dollar store as well, if the ones on Amazon do not suit you. :)
