Digiflavor Pharaoh

I have a question regarding the flavor of the Pharaoh. My Smok Baby Beast absolutely blows the Pharaoh out of the water in the flavor dept. The Uwell crown comes in second.

On the Pharaoh I'm using Advanced Vapor SS Twisted Fused 32gx3/40g coils @ 3mm diameter/5 wraps and .6 ohms. CB2 for wicks. I don't get any dry hits or leakage, so it is wicking correctly.

Homeslice is set at on XXX, 450f temp and 11% fsk.

Do I need different coils? Please help.

Personally, I wasn't impressed with the Pharoah as a flavor chaser either. Never could get the wicking the way I liked it. Probably user error but just wasn't worth the hassle so I got rid of it.

Comparing coil descriptions, I'm sure the Smok or the Uwell don't use that particular wire when they build their coil heads. I would try different types of coil wire before shutting down.

BTW, I canned my Pharaoh also. Too much hassle and a press fit build deck. Once it came loose the first time, the whole tank was worthless to me since it never properly stayed together again.

I'm pretty sure Smok an Uwell use Kanthal. I could be wrong though. From what I have read SS is supposed to be the best for flavor. I'll try other coils and see how it goes.

I personally like kanthal the best for flavor. SS is nice because you can TC it, but there is nothing like a big framed kanthal build in the pharaoh.
