I have seen some high end RDAs for over $100. Some even $150+. It all depends on what you want. I like rare and unconventional items so my RTA was over $200 with all the add ones. But I love it with all its quirks. I have saved more from not smoking so I can justify it in my mind to pay more for some items.

RDAs authentic ones I'm pretty sure are only 20-30 for a good one in pretty sure I was looking at the serpent by wotofo and really considering buying that one cause if it's the one I'm thinking of the posts were offset diagonally so a dual coil build would be easy just as easy as a inline 4 post RDA I think the only challenge is getting the ohms right everything else is going to be easy

It depends, I have some that were around 30$ new and some that were over 100$ new... Some people spend and an insane amount of money on them. I have a friend from here with a 1000$ mech mod and a 500$ rda.
My favorites are the hadalay, wasp, goon and recoil.
The wasp can be had for 10 bucks new anytime. The Maddog is another good one for around 15$ on fasttech.

Yep they didn't keep up, there still is a small market for =<20W vaping but it is rather small. All they really needed to do is go up to 75W and they'd still be competitive.

They did go up to 6ow as a last gasp. But to my understanding that was to dump stocked up hardware and help pay off creditors before shutting the doors.

It's also to my understanding that they tried to make a deal with evolv for dna 75 boards, to make a dna 75 radius. That would have been a grand mod; but, provape wanted evolv to drop the price down below what they sell the boards to hcigar for. Needless to say evolv wouldn't lose money on their products and provape didn't get the comeback they wanted.

plus i still have 14 unused coils for my tfv8 baby beast so i kinda want to go through those before i consider building but if I had just invested the 34$ i spent on those coils on an RTA and supplies i could already be building my own but hindsight is 20/20 cant change it now, although i could send 2 of the packages of coils back cause they're unopened

Just start building, start with basic coils, then parallel and twisted. You'll move up from there but even basic coils are very simple to build but 100x better than factory coils mass produced in China.

My last tank before I started using RTAs was the Uwell Crown V1
The coils came in 4 packs and if I was lucky they would cost me a little under 12 bucks.

I still use my Kanger Subtanks but I luckily came into 2 cases of coils (10 five packs per case) one case of NI200 for TC and one case of 0.5ohm kanthal for regualar wattage mode

I use the subtanks in low cloud situations (going out to eat, to the mall, shit like that)

Yeah I still have a number of Crown V1 that I still vape on. Once you get the RBA deck build down it's simple

Yeah someone in this video I was watching about RDAs was saying that 100%vg makes the best clouds but that's going to most likely degrade the flavor pretty significantly from the 70/30 I normally get or 65/35 I chose from vape wild and the order was placed on Friday so even if I wanted to I couldn't of changed it but I'll consider this for the future

100% VG lots of clouds but muted/soapy flavor, not worth it. If all you care about is clouds save time and money and just get 100% unflavored VG. It'll probably even taste better.

I've got a number of $120+ attys, well worth it. You just need to be very selective. All my MCV RDA'S were over $120 but so worth it.

I am one of the odd ducks...all I use is Provari's...2-Radius, 1-P3, and a 2.5 used on my DIY juice testers.... I will be inducted into the tootle puffers hall of fame soon....lol. 3-1/2 years and never had to send one in for repairs.

Well more than likely if you can do a single build coil you could probably do a dual build. Also something i haven't thought of yet, when you build your own say you have a .3 ohm build does that mean you can only do less than 50w or whatever wattage you want? I'm just using that as an example because I have a .25ohm smok coil and the max wattage it can handle is 50w

Its quite disappointing i'm trying to taste maybe even enjoy my vanilla custard flavored liquid which I've never had, but its being tainted by mostly spearmint with some vanilla cause the last flavor i had was Irish shamrock milkshake by vape wild and its not very good. it should be vanilla with a hint of spearmint yet its hot sensation spearmint vapor, with a hint of vanilla. i really don't like it id even consider giving it away but i feel like I'd be passing on a nuisance cause its like a mix of puffing on a pretty much shot coil, smoking a fuckin Marlboro menthol or maverick menthol only, it just might be worse with the feeling i get in my throat than what i got from smoking those 2 brands of cigarettes. I'd advise never even clicking the flavor if your on vape wild. What might be more disappointing is the fact that i still have like 28ml of the shit cause i only filled my tank once and normally I go through a tank of a flavor i like in 1-1.5 hours and this lasted me the past like 4 hours. Its like com'on even the pumpkin spice latte is better than this and It was just a bonus liquid that I didn't even choose the flavor of.

Don't give it away. You just need a new coil. Some flavors, like anything minty, are hard to get through when you change to a different flavor. That's another pro to building your own coils. If you can't get the flavor out, just throw some new cotton in there.

Everyone has different tastes. Maybe it needs more steep time? I never had it so it might actually be garbage and time would have no effect. Hate to see when people have to waste juice, so maybe if you can spare some cash, grab a couple creams and vanilla s from bull city and doctor it a bit? If not I find with subpar or lame juice, I mix it with some other flavor that could go nice with it. Dragon fruit and strawberry would go good with mint n cream I'd imagine. Whatever ya do, just hope you don't have to pour it.

I do order from Heaven Gifts,Fasttech and Gearbest and waiting for these to arrive can take weeks to months, very trying ordeal if you are not the patient type.
Sometimes it is worth the few extra dollars to get it from a US vendor- I see above you sweating out a few days with a US vendor- nothing compared to a China Vendor.
I usually use China vendors for stocking up on factory coils and odds and ends like drip tips,tools,wire- but I did break my rule and order the Ample Pixy RDTA from Heaven Gifts and it took over 3 weeks to get it- no US vendor has this and was a flash sale for $13.50.
I am still waiting for GearBest to ship my OBS Crius ll since 11/23 they say shipped, but nothing shows up on any tracking- that is an XMas gift for a friend so I hope I get it by then- again great flash sale price!

EVENTUALLY, your body will encounter some cold/flu virus it hasn't encountered before, and you will get sick -- your young age virtually guarantees it. But, being a non-smoker means your immune system is in MUCH better shape to fight off and laugh at viruses that take smokers down completely, including the 6 wks of pneumonic coughing.

But one of the very best things about getting older is that you've already encountered so many variations of cold viruses, you don't catch cold very often.

FT is a great company and im sure they will resend one if the order never gets here. That is why I only order part I don't need right away. I once ordered from japan and Miami, FL on the same day. The japan one came first. I was shocked

I sent some gear to another member of the forum that lives a few states away. It was never scanned once. It magically appeared at his house 4 days after it left here.
USPS sucks.
As to FT: like most people here, I only order incidentals (parts and extra doodads) unless there is a sale I can't pass up.
3fvape has tended to be a little bit better on the shipping for me. Gearbest: I won't touch with a troll Weiner. I ordered a battery for a drone from them and it took 3 months for them to ship it.
101vape, eciggity and element vape tend to have some of the best prices for us based vendors. Still some things like the wasp, and maddog can't be found easily in the USA. I figured at 10-15$ for someone to try their hand at building with a good performing rda, it's not much of a gamble.

Are you shitting me? I've still got absolutely nothing after it left Beijing on the 11th of Nov. One of the items is a STM RBA head, for the Kanger toptank I got for my son, and since I already have the toptank, I just went ahead and ordered a STM RBA head from Sweet-Vapes, along with a Melo ECR head for the Melo 3 I won and passed on to my son. Apparently I passed the Istick Pico to him too, since he loves the thing; I find it a bit too small for my hands, so I'm not sure how he can stand it, but he really likes it. Go figger.
