Cloud production as we call it can be achieved with high VG eliquid. It doesn't have anything to do with higher output as you call it. Of course a mod needs to be able to power the atomizer or/and coils but you can vape for example @ 300 watts with a 50/50 juice and get no clouds. On the other side you can be vaping at 20 watts with a max VG juice and nearly choke yourself to death.

Same goes for coils, so lower your ohms warmer the vape gets since you need more power. However depending on the atomizer and the design of it, sometimes even higher ohm coils at lower wattage can give or create warm vape.

Temperature as many other things are subjective, find something you like and that's beginner friendly. A good sub ohm tank if that's your preference, high VG juice 80/20 or max VG. do your research on hardware and liquid and see what's interesting too you.

Very possible, just get a "sub sub ohm tank" and some e-liquid that is at least 70% VG (vegetable glycerin) - keep the air holes wide open, inhale fast, exhale vapor that will cool you off in the summertime -
Good luck, hope you like vaping, it's So worth it to stop smoking

ok that was pretty helpful thanks i think ihad some terminology confused so just to clarify what im acctually meaning is i want maximum thick cloud. think like how it looks when a dragon breaths fire except cloud instead of fire and im wanting the cloud to not be hot if possible im wanting to make it colder

I prefer cool vapes over anything else. If you want pre made coils and tanks just crank down the power and go high VG. If you plan on building you have a ton of choices to achieve this goal.

Thing that works best for me is high mass coils on high power devices and RDA/RTA's with a lot of airflow. I generally stay around .31-.40 ohms and enjoy nice cool vaping all the time.

so the general concensusim getting is go sub ohm and up the VG to like 70% ish for clarityssake.
I use 100% VG, only PG is in the flavoring, makes a nice vape, not hot, not cold.

80/20 + will be best (IMO). Super cloudy and no harshness.

Its pretty much a balancing act. More airflow = cooler vape, lower power = cooler vape but you need higher watts for clouds. So.. just pick your sweet spot and that's the vape that is right for you. I prefer a fairly warm vape, but thats my sweet spot.
