Perhaps he's in Saudi Arabia, or some other bizarre middle east country, where the price is whatever the buyer will pay on the blackmarket.

I bought it online. It was listed for $125 but it added up when you buy batteries, charger, juice, and coils. Just looked and they slashed through the 125 to make it 65

Geeze...too bad they aren't like Walmart and some other places that will refund the price difference if the price drops within a certain time frame. That's quite a drop, I think I'd be angry too.
