1) When you quote someone else's words, you should make it apparent that you'd doing so. That's what QUOTE tags are for. But if you can't figure out how to use those, you could at least use a different font, or color or something to indicate the words you are posting here are not your own.
2) Comey has recently urged "All who care" to vote Democrat. See here.
