Scrapping the Constitution and creating a new one is a bad dea. The original was created by people that did not conveniently forget history, and were not as corrupt as today's politicians. Think of all the civil rights that would be stripped away. No more freedom of religion, speech, assembly, or anything else.

Way back in the 1980s, I swore an oath to "defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic". Millions of others have as well. Most of them take it seriously. Keep that in mind.
Don't forget what happened when blacks ran their own governments, tribal style. They sold their own people to the whites for slavery. Their own greed got the better of them.
