Goon 25 ultem burn

Ah so I guess I placed my coils too close and now the ultem is melted a little in a few spots. I thought this shit was not supposed to melt or burn.

Fortunately a district f5ve 24mm chuff with a fat oring works and can eliminate the stupid ultem top hat but man what a freaking dumb idea! It's my fault but I've had rda in the past with ultem top hats and never ever had it melt right away, it took months to cause any melting.

I have contacted district f5ve to see if they plan on 25mm chuffs for the booming 25mm RDA trend

That sucks, but on the bright side at least it wasn't a short by the coils touching a metal top cap. Admittedly I'm not a fan of the ultem. On the stainless it's impossible to see if trying to adjust airflow. Maybe it's better on black because of contrast.

I use a piece of cardboard between coil and cap, but forgot the ultem has its thickness and did not put that into play. So touching isnt an issue in this case it was. Oh well.
