Sorry about your cold, Don. Speaking of cold, it is, at the moment, -2 ºF outside and snowing heavily. We got all the way up to +7 ºF today, but only for a few minutes. Mostly it was around 0 ºF. It is currently only 66 ºF here in my den where I am typing this stupidity, even though the heater is on full. Had to go out to the gate earlier with a shovel to get rid of a 3-foot high snow drift so I can get the truck out. That really hurt this ancient fossil's lower back, but shit, someone has to do this crap, and I really need to be able to get out of here to go shopping tomorrow. ... I hope ...

They say we might see the sun tomorrow morning (before more snow in the evening). Local weather dude says this is the longest period of sub-freezing weather in about 30 years. "Average" for this date is 40 ºF, not 5 ºF like they registered today.Nother beautiful day in the neighborhood.......

Not a chance. I was a meteorologist for six years USAF, with extra studies in climatology and paleo-climatology. I also have accessed the "real" weather records around the globe and all the governments that want New World Order control of your life are lying through their teeth about actual temperatures. There is no "global" warming. None of this is about saving the planet but about controlling your wallet.

Well, they changed their verbiage to "climate change" because some kid in kindergarten pointed out that "global" means "everywhere on the planet" and it is fairly obvious that not everyone is warmer. And of course the planet goes through changes. And most of those changes happen in a cycle longer than the average human lifetime, which is why is is so easy to convince the lower IQs that "it ain't never happened before." Bullshit! And the "green" crowd wants to tax you to help stop the changes, like too much CO2, but what none of them seem to know is that one volcano puts of more CO2 in a day than man has in the last 200 years, and oh, by the way, at any given time, there are about 40 active volcanoes burping up shit on this planet. So blaming humans (or cow farts) is just plain stupid. But maybe they can make you feel guilty enough to cough up more in taxes.......
