As I know Palladins is a game similar to Overwatch, but without buying a game. I do not know how popular it is It is supported and continues to develop.

It is very popular, it is updated and supported regularly they launch a new patch bi monthly. It is not an overwatch clone it is it’s own game.

Is it great at least?

I have been playing for a few years now started on my iMac and as of December of 2018 I still play via Nintendo switch. It is a really good game in fact on my switch it is all I play.
