You can expect that Trump has already called Barr about it and the AG will be looking at it all very closely. Might be a year or more before anything is done, but something will happen eventually.

Just for the immense amusement: kick it to to a state or federal authority as a "hate crime" - they love 'hate' crimes.

I pass no judgement, merely presenting what I find. He says someone is editing the audio transcript, cannot see them getting away with it if it is true without the knowledge of the conservatives. Perhaps her voice is frail & low in volume & the clips of her need to be enhanced to be understandable for the record?

Sometimes a simple explanation is the best one, but I believe she is in worse health than they are letting on.

I will say I haven't seen RBG with her head up in the last 10 years & when she was strolling through the airport on that TMZ clip her head was up & her gate was noticeably different & smoother than I had seen in the past. It was like she was 10 years younger, so I am suspicious of a double. She has written more opinions lately than anyone else on the court they say, & that is odd as well.

  • Foxx recused herself from case because she exchanged texts with Smollett's family member after incident
  • In the days after the attack, she tried to wrestle the case from Chicago PD and have the FBI take over
  • Smollett's family were exchanging texts with her and said it would be a 'huge victory' if the FBI led the probe
  • She is now facing calls for an Attorney General investigation into how she handled the Smollett investigation
  • First Assistant Joe Magats stood by his decision to drop the charges and said it 'was not a whitewash'
  • Smollett completed 16 hours of community service between Saturday and Monday and gave up $10,000
