I've been doing recipes with Bavarian Cream, Sweet Cream, Vienna Cream, Malted milk, etc, etc
I would love to understand better how to work with all the creams.
For example, I have this recipe (see below) which I adapted from someone's else and would love to make it a bit more milky, but have no idea how to accomplish this
