Bet money this dude used some yum yum brand battery. Stuck it in his pocket while on and went to pocket fire city. Now he is going to sue for the vape equivalent of spilling hot coffee in his lap.
Some dumbass got a couple of Million from Micky Dees for that but what needs to happen is an experienced vaper goes to the defense and tells it like it is. Don't blame the device because you shouldn't be using it. Man cuts off fingers with a circular saw and doesn't blame the saw but with vaping it is the devices fault. Sorry but go fuck yourself it was your own damn fault.

WHen I was like 6, I played with rolls of paper containing actual gunpowder. They were called caps.
While fun to put in your cap gun and fire one at a time, much more fun to just light the damn roll on fire and run like fuck.
And yet, nobody died. Hell, only a true moron could get hurt with cap guns. There were no red muzzle-tips on any of it and cops didn't shoot me dead for open-carry of a toy gun.
Also, I made bows and arrows out of my Erector sets and Tinkertoys..they would go through a wall.
Dad wasn't mad, much, he was proud of me and then taught me how to actually shoot a bow...

I learned to take real good care of em Stil do. I have some tools that are near 75 yrs old. Pre-war steel.
My toolbox is a red steel box from the 1960s. Not a spot of rust. ;-)
I also restored a vintage 1955 red Coleman lantern. It still has OEM parts sealed in the base from the 50s. They are immaculate still. Now, that'd be an extra cost..
What worries me, is it seems we haven't learned from our elders anymore. Because they are also dumbasses.

I did a lot of drugs in the late 70s-to-early-90s..I did not make a child. It is not an excuse.
I knew better. I was no father. I'd had three generations of ugly fathers and I wasn't going to continue it. I am the last of my line, and it is a good thing.
But, for those who did....If we don't have parents, then what can a future hold?

It's VERY easy to stick a mod in your pocket and have it auto fire.
The difference is most people wouldn't cry to the media like a child.
