Taken with s9. In parents room after I set two mods on the windowsill. I thought it might look neat looking through the screen with the mods at slight angle to the swing set. I've looked out that window for 50 years off and on. Now my vapes are part of my memories.

So, how this picture came to be. It's important to know I JUST took this. Every year I decorate the house for Christmas. My hubby has one job, ONE, and that is the Christmas village (because he wants to) So here we are in April and I'm tired of looking at it. He asked me what I was doing and so I told him, I'm taking a picture for the contest ( now he's behind me looking irritated as all get out ) Ha! Maybe NOW he will put it AWAY! Thank you for this challenge and in helping me make my husband move his BUTT! Taken with my Moto Droid Maxx 2 .......................

What happened to descriptions of how you took the photos?
you talk'n to me ? I'll go back and read the 1st post. all I did was point and shoot, no flash.
I know you weren't. but if I mess up, don't be afraid to kick me in the leg, I can take it.
This is as close to wood on wood I can accomplish...... I got inspired when I saw the wood......
I could post another wood on wood image, but it will not meet the guidelines.....

Spent hours looking for my slam piece, turns out it was right where I left it. Which in this case was the back porch. Shot with a D810 with a very, very selective focus on some no name russian lens fitted for a f-mount Nikon from ebay and the lighting is early AM light bounced off a large (3'wide X 5' tall) gold reflector. Camera was maybe 2" from the mod.

Shotgun shell battery wraps. I thought they'd be great for the Squid Industries Double Barrel mod.

I found them on eBay. They are a paper wrap to go inside the plastic wrap, so they do add a little thickness to the battery. They might not work in tubes or something that's already pretty snug.
