comparable or better than geekvape aegis legend?

Just curious if there is a better equally durable easy to use most? I have an aegis legend. I like it, tho it's heavy... But I guess being tough as fuck has it's disadvantages.. looking for something more than durable and easy to use as well as at least somewhat water resistant? Asking alot I know, but shit; it's 2019. I am more interested in an extremely flavorful and consistent smoke than anything else. Oh and I use mesh coils and don't make my own yet...I know I know... Please and thank you

I'm not clear on exactly what the issue is with the Aegis Legend. It's too heavy?

There's no real problems. The only negative to it is the weight. But it's a great mod. Just curious as to if there is something better out now, it been a year I think..

Tho the rubber is peeling in places and a tiny chip. Overall a killer mod

If I may be so bold.

if you are causing that kind of wear on an Aegis Legend, I doubt any mod there is will withstand your rather "energetic" handling of it shall we say.

Much thanks btw

This just came out- I have watched a few reviews and it looks pretty nice.
Not sure about any other durable mods out there, but maybe the Jackaroo would be a good one.

You don't need to make your own coils for an RTA or RDA- I cheat and use Demon Killer kits- there are a few people here who sell coils too.
A single coil deck RTA like the Wotofo Elevate is pretty easy to use- just watch a few reviewers - it really isn't that hard to do! It has top air flow, so no leaking out the vents if the wicking isn't perfect.
I have and use two of them.
I use the Freemax Mesh Pro sub tank- that is a really nice sub tank that uses factory mesh coils, vapes really nice and the coils are long lasting for me.

Definitely will check out. The geekvape mesh coils are just so easy and last up to 3 weeks with some juices

I live in the great Nanny state of NY and wanted to make sure that I had RTAs, RDAs and RDTAs in case we can't get the coils for sub tanks! I try to have RBAs for all my sub tanks too.
Really not hard using rebuildables- many times you just dry burn the coil and rewick, just takes a few minutes and cost pennies to use, you should try an RTA- one with a single coil deck and top air flow like The Wotofo Elevate or the Kaees Solomon V2, even the OG Zeus was easy enough to use too.
I still use sub tanks too-

I'm sorry broham. Move asap!!! Move to a place where they love fast cars, apple pie, biological women, and guns!!! Not a socialist shithole, or a place well on it's way to a socialist shithole

You sound just like me. I love my Aegis, but god is it heavy. Forget about carrying it in you pocket.

Geekvape just came out with the Aegis Solo. It's only single 18650 but much lighter. Waiting for mine to be delivered!

Even though every update gets slightly better battery life, I am still less than happy with that aspect. I can only wonder how long a single battery model lasts between charges

Fortunately for me, I am a low wattage vaper so a single 18650 lasts me most of the day. I usually change batteries once a day.

Less than 35 watts here...

I vape at 25 watts, and an LG HG2 or Sony VT6 lasts me the whole work day. I usually change it when I get home while I charge the other.

I rock the vct 5a's and some black proton batteries that are allegedly close to the 6's. Still disappointed with battery life... My single battery mods with 80 or less watts lasted longer . Luckily this thing is a tank

Well, when they finally get delivered, I can certainly compare with my other mods. In transit from China though so might be a while....

I used to be a Low Wattage Vaper but switched to Sub Ohm in TC at 30-100 Watts and never looked back. Was great with 3 18650's lasting all day but now using 2 a 2 Cell MOD and chaning batteries at least twice a day. Fuck I enjoy my vape this way now.

We must invest in small America, real America. It will cost more as we don't have slave or child labor here... That's why the big shitty "American" companies go over seas.. no health care, cheapest labor, no safety regs, lax environmental regs, minimal taxes ...etc... Pay more invest in America for our children

Fuckkk China. Buy American whenever possible!!
Ya think your Aegis was made in 'Merrica? :giggle:

Me, I buy from USA shops because I don't like waiting 2-3 weeks for gear when I can pay a bit more and buy from the US and get it in 3 days. That's about it.

Yep, that sounds like the USA.
About the time you were born, I was working two jobs 14hrs a day to save for a car after I graduated H.S.
For $3.39/hr. No benefits, nada, and I still had to pay into FICA.

Now this idea I like!

You have no idea how many people I know bring this up with me all the time. I even brought a Blood Oxygen Meter to the park one day and right after my buddy smoked a cigarette I said look at this while I was Chain Vaping. I was at 98 and checked his and he was 88 and I told him you know that is the number where your insurance will pay for an Oxygen Generator~! He is now thinking about quitting smoking.

I will agree with this. I also have one, and pretty damn near indestructible.
Yup, and the bottle is excellent...as well as separated from the battery by solid metal. If yer CV leaks, it's not the mod's fault. ;-)

OFC, the old Heatvape Invader Mini can be run over with a car and live just like the Aegis...but is pretty weak power-wise.

I have an Ally Black Rebel (3D printed) that takes a single 21700.. super light and durable AF. On a single coil RDA like the Reload S I get through the whole work day on a single battery
