So... I am teaching myself AutoCAD.
Yup...so far a few hours in and I can do semi decent 3d renderings...
I need to learn what all the functions are... but I figured if I repeat the tutorials enough (On building intricate shapes etc) those functions will becomes second nature... 10,000 hours minimum to master something LOL... and I am so far .08% in to that 10,000 hours hahaha

Working on this lil thing... its a lanyard hole delete for the PM2 from Spyderco...
its essentially this part...

which is hollow... but the one I am whipping up is solid...
Also measuring up where within the hole shown, one could screw the clip directly to that... granted you wont be able to use the factory clip as shown... but a single screw with a alignment hole pin to keep it from spinning...
I need to add to the above cad a slim 1mm flat that will have a pin that fall into one of the screw slots of the liners... to keep the whole thing from rotating... I'll figure out how to add that... there is some stitch function probably lol
Anyhoo... in enough practice... maybe ill fuck with making a mod or atty
...DREAMS!
And yes... I'll name my first mod the gooberbutternut and whip up a cartoon picture of Raphael as the backdrop of the mod LOL (#GBN)
