I am doing OK and hope all is well with you and Jean!
We are doing great just been busy in the garden
I have been out in the direct sunlight on my bare body, (all I wear outside is shorts and sandles) and getting 10 and more hours of it a day with no burn and I am light complected, weird, use to be I was bright red after 45 minutes

Thanks! I have shingles and taking Valtrex now. The medicine with my immunsuppressants are killing me. The cure is deadlier than the disease. Yikes! I'm having carbs tonight because the medicine causes hypoglycemia for me. Screw my low carb diet until I get over the hump! Enough of that crap! Hope you all are staying cool. We are having a high dew point and I'm melting in air conditioning and a fan blowing on me.

I hope you feel better soon! At least you can have some carbs! I’m trying to stay low carb like 50-60 grams daily, but I bought some Einkorn Ginger cookies and liked them way too much. But at least it was not Frankenwheat! (Jovial makes good gluten free stuff, imho.) I did make a box last a few days, even though I felt like eating the whole thing in one go. Lol
I hope it cools off where you are soon.

to hear your meds are causing you so much problems Sandi, I hope you can get over this quick so you can feel better my friend. You are in our thoughts and our prayers. Yes, sometimes you have to make exceptions to you diet, you'll get back on it. It's misserible here too but relief is on it's way, at least they say it is. Take good care of yourself and try to get some restThanks! I stay below 20 carbs usually. However, not today. Last carb haul was May 6th. Ginger cookies are one of my favorites. I have to be top ship shape by Thursday.Taking hubs in for his surgery all day. At least the hospital is only 4 miles away. I had pizza and chips. Bloated from the franken wheat but blood sugar is good.So sorry

Awe I was really hoping you were feeling better I'm sorry you're not doing better . Sending good healing vibes to you. You get to feeling better really soon . We sure are doing well, Thank you . If, it's been anything like here you are not missing anything outside ! It's been down right miserable. Stay inside if at all possible until fall then come out of your hiding spot.
