Yep. all we can do is all we can do. And I would feel safe in saying that virtually no vapers in the USA have had nic in the freezer for 10 years or more.

worst come to worst I am pretty much over the nic addiction. I vape 1.5 mg and could go to zero nic if i had to and still stay off of cigs with vaping. I think

I kinda expect by this time next year that freebase nic will be restricted to licensed tobacco manufacturers and such.
Easier to collect the taxes that way if this passes.

Except nicotine is used for a lot more than just e-cigarettes. It's use isn't even necessarily limited to NDS' for humans. So they're going to raise the cost of nicotine for everybody and every use, just to restore government revenue income and make Big Tobacco happy?

In my particular case: I don't even necessarily need the nicotine, so much as prefer it. I'm vaping 3mg, and average only 5-10ml/day of juice. So not a lot of nic. It does seem to improve my alertness some, and I'd miss that.

Next time I'm at the local DIY place I'll buy some 100mg nic and stash it in the beer fridge as a hedge. I think that'll be about it for me.

some bills and what not want to be a floor tax of like 200% on all vape related things (nic and mods,flavors mostly) from what i have seen

That would end my vape-anything purchasing right away.

I've got my eye on another dual-18650 mod. Perhaps a Uwell Nunchaku for a traveller. Perhaps another Falcon King. Got an RTA on the way and will probably acquire another. I've got wire and cotton. Other than that: Coils for the Falcon Kings and juice.

FDA approved smoking cessation products are specifically exempt from the tax. Such as nic gum, spray, etc. And I am sure that any pharma developed FDA approved drugs containing nicotine would be exempt as well.
Nicotine based pesticides have not been commercially available in US since 2014.
I really could not find any other current uses for nicotine besides human consumption/inhalation.

Pretty clear in how the government representatives are excluding other nicotine replacement therapies it is aimed precisely at vaping. It is not an appearance, it is point of fact. Can appreciate the professional language up to the point where it seems to muddy the waters to provide this sham we call civility.

Our representatives at this point in my humble opinion do not require civility. They need reminded of their obligations to the People. Granted, I can and will be polite. That doesn't mean I allow them use of weaseling techniques, or sugar coatings. Professional language allows those. They've stopped being professional in as much as they chose to be corrupted by corporate monies. They are nothing more now than corporate lackeys, liars.

Why allow them to sidestep, or find some easy way away? By their actions many will die. Do you then think we should have allowed Charles Manson to be welcomed back to society and treated with civility even though he would continue growing a cult of murders? On the principle of it, it is the same thing. They show me a definite lack of humanity, compassion, empathy. If that's how they chose treating one they'll choose that way to treat all. I'd be remiss to not abide the Golden Rule. If that's how they treat me, why would I treat them better in return?

but will be felt in the cost of juice.

I have heard something about .03 per mg of nic content.
So figuring a 1 liter bottle of 100 mg/ml nic would cost $3000 in taxes?

I have a brother in law that kept stealing my juices and coils. I had a shelf in the dining room where I kept my vape stuff. I had to move it all to my room and hide it in my underwear drawer.
