I'm not completely certain where I should post this. I am new at wrapping coils and at rtas and rdas. I'm on a really tight budget right now and I'm trying to stock up due to some changes that are happening in the US. I have some plain stainless steel and Kanthal round wire that works but I'm not thrilled about it and I can't purchase more entire spools of wire or prewraped coil packs hoping that I find something I like. I was wondering if anyone has some wire scraps or old pre-wrapped coils they'll never get around to using or that they hate or even some advice on how someone might be able to find those things without having to buy entire spools or packs. I really just want to figure out what I like but I can't afford to purchase large amounts of things that I may never use. I use a regulated mod that has various setting including tc.
Thank you in advance for any help or advice.

I buy my wire from a seller on ebay. kbee_wire_superstore Very affordable spools of practically any kind of wire you want. Some spools of premade clapton, fused clapton.

Sent a long time ago from a Galaxy Note far far away...

I think this may help. Someone around here posted the link else where so I saved it for when I run out of my locally bought prewrapped coils. I've wanted to start wrapping my own, but with all the flavor ban shit going on and the price of premixed juice I figured it'd be better for me to start making my own juice before I worry about wrapping coils.
That is a good deal compared to most. I swear I've seen that same set for five times as much. I've been stocking up which is why I am out of funding for things at this point because I was just kind of rushed to try to get at least a basic supply of things that I might need. Fortunately at least so far my state hasn't made any moves but you never can tell when they're going to and nationally things are crashing down as well at least they seem to be. I think it's really smart to start your focus on making juice because it does seem like that's their priority at this moment with their BS flavor bans..ugh I don't even think these people know that the vast majority of tobacco flavors don't actually come from tobacco. Thanks so much for your help and good luck with everything :) I hope you come up with some really great recipes

My state (Florida) hasn't shown any signs of banning anything yet either, not that I've seen anyway... But I figure it wouldn't hurt to be prepared for the worst. I think it'll be much harder to outlaw cotton and wire, so I'm not terribly concerned with stocking those for now, I've a couple decent mods, a couple good RTA's and a few subohm tanks. Juice is what I'm going to focus on for now, that shit is too damn expensive. Good luck to you as well and thank you, I hope I come up with some good recipes myself. I'll probably start by using recipes I find here and elsewhere online, I'm sure it'll only be a matter of time until I know enough to experiment on my own after that.

Have you tried the ELR website? It has a really cool feature. Once you put in all the flavors you have (you only have to do this one time), there's a button that says "What Can I Make?". Click on it, and it'll show you all the recipes available using only the ingredients you have on hand.

I've been on ELR, looking at recipes, trying to figure out what recipes sound good so I know what flavors to buy. Haven't actually bought any yet though, waiting for the finances to become available. Did not know about the "what can I make?" button, though. Thanks for pointing that out.

Walgreens here in Florida are liquidating stock of vape stuff, mostly juice. They have Cosmic Fog from $25 to $2.49. Quite a markdown. I bought out all the juice at all the Walgreens near me. The Cosmic Fog Krewberry is very good and for the $$$ can't be beat. What part of Fl are you? If local I got some stuff to pif

I didn't know Walgreens had ejuice either, I'll be going in the morning to see what I can grab. Thanks for the heads up. I'm in Polk county, I know a bunch of people who vape but aren't into forums so if there's stuff you want to pif, I can help share the love.

Apparently none of the Walgreens' near me have any vape juice. The only thing I could find on clearance is about 6 or 7 different cigalikes. I visited or called every Walgreens in Plant City, Lakeland, Bartow, and Winter Haven. All for nothing.

The few stores I actually went in didn't even look like they had empty space where the juice could have been. Also, most of the employees I talked to didn't even seem to know what I was asking about, one guy did and said that store never had any that he knew of.:(

Yeah I have hit all the local (Pinellas) stores to see if I can reup. They have other stuff in the spots behind the counter. I was able to get a total of 7 bottler at the reduced price. Check this out there is a Tampa Bay Craigslist post selling them 3 for $20. Someone had an inside tip and figures to cash in. Unless you stumbled across them like I did who would know 3 for $20 is still a good deal if you look to buy Cosmic Fog online.

I thought I should do an update I actually ended up getting one of those demon killer coil packs for pocket change with a 25% off code and needed to get some replacement glass tubes for the doggystyle and I found some Clapton coil on FT for like $3 between those two things I feel like I'm probably pretty well set considering I have some round wire as well. I had seen the demon killer set before but it was like $13 and $7 shipping plus it was from a site that I had no clue if it was going to be like legit or if they were going to put some lead wire in the tin, slap a easy to copy sticker on and then next week I'd be in the news for being the dumbass that Vaped lead.....I know that's not top-of-the-line stuff but it's a good little variety of usable things that will give me all the idea I should need on what I like LOL I am a sucker for single coil builds so I have like 50 coils right now and the fact that I Vape at like 12 to 15 watts my coils last for a little while though the fact that I started building our whole three or four weeks ago means I'll probably damaged a couple of those coils. I'd like to thank everyone for their ideas and their generosity.
