Wife jammed too much stuff in a shelf on the fridge door and broke the bar thing that holds stuff on the shelf.
And no model number on the fridge. Well on one the back but it is just a barcode!
Hope I ordered the right part...

Use the wife's non-flip phone to take a pic of the barcode, it will take you to make and model of the fridge :)

It is a barcode not a QR code.
used to know how to read barcodes a half a lifetime ago....
Found a number embossed into the broken part that seemed to lead me to the correct part.
But no dimensions so could not verify for certain.

Got bit by a Brown Recluse (looked like one anyway) on my index finger 2 days ago. Was watching TV and felt him on my finger. Tried to shake him off but he hung on and bit me.
I did kill the little bastard though.
Nothing to mess with. The next day the whole backside of my hand was swelled almost twice as big as the other.
By the time i got to the doctor that afternoon, the pain was getting worse by the minute.
When i got there my BP was 165 over 90, Had a temp of 102, and my eyes started to feel itchy.
They sliced my finger open to install what looked like a candle wick about 1 inch long.
Got a shitload of antibiotics and Hydrocordone. Going to miss work for about a week.
I've been bit by a lot of little creatures, comes with living in the woods. Never in my life had a reaction like this.
So yeah, This pisses me off!

Wasn't really worried about it at first. My immune system is pretty strong. I thought i could wait it out like i always have. It worked before!
I've been bit by one of these guys before about 10 years ago and after a couple of days the swelling started to go down. Still hurt like hell.
Not this time though. This dude must have been packing a larger dose.

You don't want to know about barcodes these days. New GTIN that's 15 digits, screwing everybody's systems up, not nearly as friendly as the good old UPC-A.

Anyway, UPC-A, 1 leading zero, 5 digit vendor id, 5 digit product id, ending with check digit calculated with mod-10 algorithm.

There are databases aplenty on the net that allow UPC lookup.

OMG- sorry to read this about your spider bite!
I Hate Spiders!!!!!!!
I have read that those Brown Recluse Spiders are dangerous and have a very vicious bite and can cause real bad damage to the skin.
Glad you sought help quickly! and that you heal quickly!

Glad you got medical attention as soon as you did. That could have turned out far worse. A friend of mine in high school got but by one and needed a couple of skin graphs, among other things.

Not only the skin but the underlying muscle as well. The venom can turn muscle tissue necrotic. Dangerous is right.

I don't mean to scare you, but being cautious and staying in touch with your doctor is wise. An employee at my company was bitten by a brown recluse in a stockroom. She didn't tend to it right away, and ended up losing muscles in the top of her shoulder, and could no longer raise her arm. Some brown recluse cases are terrible. Proper and prompt medical care is imperative.

Yep that is a retail barcode but how about a model number one?
And Lowes had a price in their barcode. Which did not always agree with the one in the register if a recent price change.

Don't worry, not scaring me at all. I go back Friday for a follow up.
I don't have any muscle pain anymore. Actually the only pain i've got now is where the Doc bored a hole in my finger to install the wicking.

Ordered from Cigabuy over a month ago. Nov. 7th it got to New York. And stayed there. Cigabuy finally sent the order out again so we'll see if the second order makes it to me. So I'm pissed at USPS.:gaah:

New cleaning girl (only been here once) was supposed to show up early this morning (around 8:30). I was up but she never showed up. She better have a good excuse. I'm pissed at her.:cuss2:

Top it off my boss was supposed to pick me up at 9:30 this morning and she never showed up. That royally pissed me off. DON'T mess with my sleep! :finger:

So I'm pissed at everyone today and my DH is bearing the brunt of my anger. Oh well :xD:

I am just sorta pissed off at life in general this morning. I HAVE to go to the doctor again today, and omg, I'd just about rather let someone beat me up than have to make myself do that. It is raining and nasty outside, I feel terrible, and all I want to do is get back in bed.

I think you'd better go get back in bed and try again. Sleep for a while, then start the day over. Jeez, that sounds frustrating!
