Anyone out there that has purchased the 150 that has had this problem? I saw one person on here say they did and another person wrote a product review on a website saying they had the same problem. I've been seriously thinking about buying one but I'm hoping this isn't a common problem.

Yep I got mine two days ago and now the fire button is crunchy and will hand in the fire position from time to time I may have to return it or get it fixed under warranty witch by the way they charge an $8.00 administration fee for warranty claims.

No rattle on mine. Maybe it was just a bad batch of buttons?

I don't have a 150, but sometimes the backing screw on the fire button on my 100 becomes loss and I have to fiddle with it to get it screwed back down again.

*re-boot it. take batteries out, put them back it.
*make sure 510 contact on box is clean
*use a screw driver and make sure the 510 contact is not stuck in the down position (it's spring loaded). push down on it and see if it springs back up.
*if all fails, return it to where you bought it

Ohm reader goes wild sometimes when batteries are low, below 20% usually. 0.4 may jump to 0.7 etc.

I can live with that.

hey, so i just signed up to post this reply. i just got the sig 150 and i love it, i started getting sad when i realized that the fire button was deteriorating, it was starting to rattle more and more and starting to get stuck in firing position more and more. so i did the search and came across this discussion, and then i realized what the problem was, the base circle thingy around the button becomes loose and the button gets looser and looser with it, fixing it is really simple, you just tighten the base of the button, the circle around it and then all is well again! phew! hope this gets other people out of the short term depression i was in too!

Thanks for the info...
I go the 2015 versions and the button is really stiffer this time...

Mine is a month old and started crunching about a week ago. Emailed my eBay seller and Sigelei both and am waiting for a reply. I'm gonna try Robert B's suggestion when I get home though.

Did that take care of it?

I actually couldn't do it because my ring isn't loose so there was nothing to tighten. My ebay seller offered to replace it but I would have to mail it by tomorrow which I'm not doing. Sigelei/Asmodus US said that I could send it in for the $8 fee which I think I'll do as soon as I get my DNA30 back from repair. I don't like to be without both of my box mods at the same time.
