Blotto rta wicking

Hey guys,
I bought the blotto 2 months ago and iam getting good flavor but the problem is no matter how i wick it i always have liquid spitback on the driptip after few puffs...its not like spitback of hot liquid drops ...no its like while i take a puff liquid come out with the draw...its minimal tho...but after having like 10 puffs i find eliquid on the driptip and it bother me ?
So how do u guys wick it or avoid having that with ur RTAs ?
My build is 3mm dual aliens reading at 0.16 ohms

Sounds like you are either under powering the coil or not using enough af.

Yea id say bump the wattage up just a bit and see if that helps

Actually i am vaping at 45~50 watts...is that supposed to be low wattage for that coil and i have to pump it up ? i find it sweet spot for me...

Pretty low wattage for that build. Maybe try a single coil build instead of a dual or a different dual build. If you prefer a cooler vape definitely a different dual build. Have you tried it at 60-70w?

Nah the highest i vaped on was 55 watts
It can keep up to higher than that but the problem is more than 55 watts the vapor get warm and the drip tip become hot especially in hot weather like these days

Try a taller delrin dt. If you like the dt then change the build or live with the spitback.

Have you tried tight wick in the coils, and tighter in the ports. Might need to be tighter that you'd think, in one place or both.

do you have space in between the coils? Aliens might be a tad big, blotto does have a small deck and you need to make sure you have some clearance for the airflow slots underneath. If your coils are almost touching in the middle, you're not getting air through the middle of the coils and you're sucking juice off the top at that point. Spread the coils apart as much as you can. From the pics, looks like you got a couple mm to play with.

I tried big builds when i first got mine and ran into spitback, tried some smaller gauge coils, now its one of my favorite attys. I either use fused clapton 2x28 wrapped in 40, or 26g wrapped in 36g, 3mm

Its true the coils are close at the middle...will try to space them a little bit and see what i would get

yes the deck is small for 3mm big aliens ...i will order smaller 2.5mm ones if spacing the coils that i have now didnt work

Why don't you try just removing one of the coils? If it solves the spitback and keeps you at a comfortable wattage just order 3.5mm coils next time. The flavor will be better with a larger single coil.
