Jimi, Most modern VPN software is very easy to use. HMA is one specifically designed for dummies. I started with that one, and moved on to another. Don't buy more than a month or three. As some services really suck.

If you choose to use a VPN. Be aware, your speeds will be slower. And there's no guarantee of any security when using a CC online, although it is a more secure method. But you can gain access to sites that are blocked. By simply choosing a country that doesn't block it.

As promised I am reporting back about google wallet. Was easy to setup and add my bank account, similar to ebay they added a small amount to my bank account to verify it, got my card in the mail in less than a week.

Got my google wallet card Friday, got it activated and just given it a test run, did a order from sweet-vapes for the goblin mini, with shipping, was $27.95, so went to google wallet and transferred $28 from my bank account to google wallet, the money was on google wallet within 30 seconds and had no problems with the transaction with sweet-vapes.

So thanks to @dre for the suggestion, this is what I am using now

Anyone else dealing with credit card fraud after recently purchasing vape products online? I had this happen a couple times and zeroed it down to one website (which I don't use anymore). Then today I had another charge and I believe my card was stolen from a different vape website. It's no big deal since my card companies credit me but I'm just sick of constantly having to replace my cards!!! I stick with US only companies since thats where I live and only use credit cards now not debit cards. Any other tricks out there?

I use a virtual card number generator that's provided by the CC company. Number, expiration date and CCV code go poof after a single charge. Overseas vendors PayPal only.

I've heard of those. I'll check that out and maybe apply for a card that offers that.
