There are topics for a few other things, how about one for video games? But lets *not* make this into a console vs pc war as each platform has it's own advantages and disadvantages, and different people prefer different things for their gaming.

Anyway, I'm about done downloading the new Resident Evil HD Remaster on Steam. Loved that game on the PS1 and now that the original has been remastered and rereleased, I am eager to play it. I've played the newer Resident Evil games, but after 3, they've seemed to mostly suck to me. They lacked that special little something that made the first 3 wonderful games.

Sorry to debate but PC is the best of the best.

At the moment on Steam I have Garry's Mod, Life 4 Dead 2, Team Fortress 2, and MW2. I got some others on Steam but those are mainly what I play.
Off Steam I got Minecraft and Smite :).

I love Minecraft. I have spent so much time in that game it's ridiculous, all in single player though, and mostly creative mode.

Current world is one I've been fooling around with was started in Oct 2013 when the Amplified world type was released. Have spend hundreds of hours in it building a huge house, which turned into a cathedral-like building, and later turned into a city-sized temple. lol.

Constantly adding to it and the surrounding lands.
It will never be finished.

ehh, I exaggerated a bit.
It's uploading it now, might be done in an hour.
My internet isn't that good. 70kb upload, 380kb download

yea, crappy DSL from Verizon. I'd get fiber optic, but it isn't available here because it's a managed community development that has contacts with some other providers for cable and phones.

Not all bad though, Verizon respects customer privacy more then some other ISPs out there that will sell your info, cut your service, or just limit your bandwidth at the drop of a hat due to a piracy threat or excessive usage.

Fiber Optic is your best bet I suppose :p

Destiny: ( my brother and I can't stop it's like crack

I have just seen I put more than 60 hours into Dragon Age inquisition and I am not even remotely done – so I suppose that’s worth the money right there. Also eagerly awaiting a chance to play Wolfenstein (the latest one) because I hear such amazing things from people.

I also picked up the resident evil remake for the ps4. It's sick as tits! Its remade very well and is just as much fun as the original was when I was a teen now that it's remastered.

I've been pondering about getting Dragon Age Inquisition, but how does it compare to the Elder Scrolls games? I have probably spent over 500 hours total between Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim. Most of the time spent doing quests, guilds, and other stuff *besides* the main campaign. Heck, I got Oblivion when it came out and didn't even bother finishing the main campaign until Skyrim was nearing release and had completed almost all the other guilds by then.

i love my gaming....was a die hard EQ2 Raider until a year or so ago, now I just play the 360. Just finished Far Cry 4 and now going to play Oblivion and Skyrim again.

Farcry 4. Yum. So many games, so little time.

If any of you are thinking about Anno 2070, I found it wonderful.
Had gotten it on Black Friday sale and installed it a few weeks ago. Ended up spending the following 5 days playing it morning to night and wracked up 71 hours in-game. Not since SimCity 2000 has a game gotten me so involved that I could play it all day every day like that without the slightest hint of boredom or monotony.

Currently in the process of installing Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim on steam again.

i dont know on games.. since my pc died..
before that, i spent over 6 years on secondlife.

i designed animations, skin, hair, clothes, tattoos, bikes, cars, trucks and 3d logos for companies in world.

but atm i do not have a system that can handle the resources for it..
i also help out on yet another grid coding and what not, off and on..
and i do miss 3d life.. :)

they say it might be a game.. but there are real people behind keyboards every where..

Only 500. lol.
Don't know what I would do if I had that much bandwidth.

Well, actually I do know what I would do.
But I would need a few dozen more hard drives. lol

I haven't played console in a couple of years but I still think MW2/COD 4 are the best Call of Duty's of all time. :)
Totally agree best ones from franchise. I'd be on PC but FedEx destroyed my rig and fkd me out of the insurance
