This used to be my car. 72 Cutlass convertible. I kind of lost it in the divorce. :( Still miss the car.
That's #3 and his freshman prom date.

Gotta go get cleaned up and continue catching up on the thread later. Got a med guy coming over to drop of a new TENS unit for me and show me exactly where to put the pads to get the best effect for the issues with my SI joints which are now starting to come apart... sigh...

I often wonder what these horses that I take care of think. Clearly they must think I am their servant.
I always wish I knew what was going on in my animals minds,if they could only talk,im sure those horses think of you as there savior during the absence of their daily caretaker,,,,,,,Animals are a lot smarter than some people give them credit.

Lol, yeah? Tell that to them when I'm late getting them their grain and they are snorting at me and nearly knock me over when I open the gate for them. Luckily they are extremely well trained because if an 800 lb animal didn't want to do what you wanted it to, there isn't much you can do about it.

No, they don't want to hurt me. They're as gentle as giants can be. The big black one you can wrap your arm around his neck and give him a big hug and he doesn't care. The older Arabian used to be a real ornery son of a bitch but he's old now and has mellowed out, will let me pet him up until a point. The younger female Arabian is completely stuck up and barely lets me touch her but she's so beautiful I can't hold it against her (no dirty jokes please).

I am so grateful that my phlebotomist is quick and accurate. I get my blood drawn at least twice a year...not counting the occasional ER visit.

After MANY requests she has finally submitted to my demands that the veins in my hand are the most sensible place to tap me.

hey now!!!
Sorry....I have personal space issues. When a woman attempts a hug..I swiftly take a step back and thrust out my hand. I dont even think, it is quite automatic.
