Built this like 10 minutes ago and I'm freaking out. I'm using a fu chai mod by siegelei, an 18650 and a Pyrro atty....

This would probably be really crazy but it's giving me anxiety....

Should I just do a higher resistance build?

Yeah, I got rid of it. I was experimenting with a double parallel build. I realized I don't want to take every puff with anxiety so I just pulled the coils out and built a .19 sleeper

0.04 Ohms? That's really dangerous territory. At 4 Volts you'd be pulling 100 amps from your battery. I doubt even the <1 sec pulse rating is that high.

Yeah, I wasn't intending on making it that low, that's just how it turned out. I just said "screw it" and pulled the coils out.

I've gone that low and fired, its unsafe. You were smart to rip it apart and just install a sleeper. (yes it will fire, but you risk an almost instantaneous venting of the battery, the drain is just too demanding even for the strongest safest battery) Think of it like you trying to drink ice cream that hasn't been blended, through a straw, you'd force and force and ultimately collapse the straw from the pressure, same demand and strain on the battery. While i did get it to fire I ended up just taking it apart since the vape was way to hot to handle and it ceases to produce vapor, more or less you begin just burning the cotton regardless of saturation. Lowest I'll go is a .08 and even then I'm not really fond of it, one can easily get great clouds and flavors off of a .1 or higher.

I'm glad you ripped out my friend...better to error on the side of safety...If you want to try a parallel build start with something like a 5 wrap single coil with a 3.2 id...with 24 gauge wire it should meter around the .2 mark you're fond of...I've been using a 6 wrap .24 in my Mutation X V2 with the airflow closed on one side and have been quite happy with the results...or you can open the AFC on both sides and still get bigger clouds out of it with less flavor :)

Right now I'm really fond of sleepers, just built one for my Vulcan reading at .18 which I'm ok with.
